1. General Refund Terms
Cloud Intellect maintains a transparent and student-friendly refund policy.

All refund requests must be made strictly within the defined timelines.

Requests must be submitted only through official communication channels.

Refunds are processed only after verification and management approval.
2. Workshop / Registration Fee Refund
Workshop / Registration Fee: ₹2,000
Refundable Amount: ₹2,000A refund request must be raised before attending the first interview and strictly within the refund window mentioned below.
3. Course Fee Refund (SFDC / SFMC Programs)
A) SFDC Program (Salesforce Developer)

Refund request must be submitted within 14 days from the batch start date.

After 14 days, no refund will be applicable.
B) SFMC Program (Marketing Cloud)

Refund request must be submitted within 7 days from the batch start date.

After 7 days, no refund will be applicable.
⚠ Important Note
Once the first instalment is paid and the student is added to an active batch, LMS access is activated and trainer allocation begins.
Therefore, no refunds are possible except within the above timelines.4. Course Transfer Policy
If a student faces difficulty during the initial learning period, Cloud Intellect may offer:
✓ Transfer from SFDC → SFMC (low/no coding)
✓ Transfer from SFMC → SFDC (based on aptitude fit)-
Transfers are based on a technical/learning evaluation conducted by the academic team.

Only one transfer is allowed per student.

All transfers are subject to management approval.
5. Refund Request Process
To apply for a refund, the student must:

Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after approval.
Refund Mode: Amount will be refunded only to the original payment source/bank account.6. Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds are not applicable in the following situations:

After the refund window (14 days for SFDC, 7 days for SFMC)

After LMS activation and batch allocation

If a student has attended mock interviews

Removal due to misconduct or policy violation

Sharing of learning materials or copyright infringement
-
No-show or lack of participation
7. Batch Transfer / Rescheduling

Only one batch transfer is allowed.

Transfers are subject to availability and management approval.

Transfers requested after the refund window do not qualify for a refund.
8. Institutional Rights
Cloud Intellect reserves the right to:

Modify or update the refund policy at any time

Approve or reject refund requests based on the terms

Take necessary action if false information is provided
