1. Admission & Fee Policy

All fees paid toward admission are non-refundable, except as per the defined Refund Policy.

Discounts (if any) are applicable only for one-time full payments.

Fees must be paid according to the payment schedule provided at the time of admission.

Applicable taxes (GST, etc.) will be charged as per government norms.

Course and LMS access will begin only after the receipt of the first installment.

Non-payment or delayed payment may lead to penalties, suspension, or removal from the batch.
2. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only within 7–14 days from the batch start date (depending on the course type).

After appearing for the first interview or once the refund window closes, no refund will be accepted.

Refund processing takes 7–10 business days and will be transferred only to the original payment source.
3. Attendance & Discipline

Minimum 75% attendance is required to remain eligible for certification and placement assistance.

Misconduct, cheating, or unprofessional behavior may result in suspension or expulsion.

Students must maintain professional ethics and decorum in classes, interviews, and communication.
4. LMS, CRM & Portal Access

Credentials provided for LMS/CRM are unique and non-transferable.

Sharing or misuse of login details will result in termination of access and may lead to legal action.

LMS validity after course completion:

SFDC: 6 months
-
SFMC: 4 months

Any technical issue, query, or concern must be raised through the Student Portal Ticket System only.
5. Certification Policy
To qualify for a Course Completion Certificate, students must:

Submit 100% assignments and assessments,
-
Maintain 75% attendance,
-
Complete all internal evaluations,
-
Have no pending fees or dues.
6. Placement Assistance

Cloud Intellect provides placement assistance through mock interviews, resume preparation, and job opportunity sharing.

Placement is not guaranteed; it depends on student performance, participation, and professional behavior.

Any post-placement fee commitments (if applicable) will follow the Student Consent Form signed at admission.
7. Intellectual Property

All training content, study material, and LMS data are proprietary to Cloud Intellect Pvt. Ltd.

Any duplication, distribution, or unauthorized sharing is strictly prohibited under copyright law.
8. Code of Conduct

Students must maintain respectful behavior toward mentors, staff, and peers.

Any form of harassment, abusive language, or misconduct will result in disciplinary action.

Dress code and attendance timing (for offline classes) must be followed strictly.
9. Legal & Jurisdiction

By enrolling, students acknowledge reading and agreeing to all institute policies.

Cloud Intellect reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.

All disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Nagpur, Maharashtra.
